Letico Packaging Analytics (LPAc)

Letico Packaging Analytics (known for short as LPAc) is a total packaging factory efficiency monitoring system to achieve the highest levels of performance and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). OEE is a very popular topic in the manufacturing world. However it may be applied in two ways. One is an instantaneous measure or signal of how a line or a plant is performing. The other usage provides such instant alerts but more importantly it records the full historical factory data to allow instant replays or to help diagnose where improvements can be made.
